ADMISSION:
ELIGIBILITY FOR
ADMISSION into 3
years LL.B Course:
A
candidate desirous of admission into this
course shall made an application to the
Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar
on payment of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred
only) only in cash. Candidates desirous of
obtaining the form by Regd. Post should send
Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred only) only in
shape of money order or Bank Draft deposited
in any Nationalized Bank, payable at Bhubaneswar, drawn in favor of the
Principal Capital Law College, Bhubaneswar.
Application
form duly filled by the candidate should
reach the Principal on or before the last
date prescribed in the
advertisement/notification along with the
requisite documents. The institution shall
not be held responsible for postal delay.
The
copies of the following documents must be
submitted along with the application.

Conduct Certificate from Educational

SELECTION
:
Selection
for admission will be made on the basis of a
Career cum Entrance Test. Out of total 100
points, Career Evaluation would carry 50
points and the Entrance Test would carry 50
points. Those candidates secured more than
50 percent marks are exempted from entrance
test.
ADMISSION
:
Candidates
selected for admission shall present
themselves personally along with their
parents/ guardians for admission. They would
be admitted on payment of the requisite fees
and after verification of their documents.
FEES
:
Each
candidate shall have to pay the admission
fees of Rs.8,500/-(Rupees
Eight Thousand
five hundred) only. This fees is payable at
the time of admission in cash. The
Financially backward students are allowed to
pay the said amount in two installments. The
quantum of the fees may be changed in
subsequent years.
This
amount would include Admission Fees, Tuition
Fees, Library Fees, Establishment and
Contingency Charges and all other relevant
fees. However, a candidates has to pay all
fees connected with examination separately.
RESERVATION
: For S.C., S.T. & Physically
Handicapped persons (As per Govt. rules
& procedures ). |
ELIGIBILITY FOR
ADMISSION into Integrated 5 years B.A.LL.B
(Hons) Course.

Academic :Any candidate having
secured 45% or above mark
in the +2
or equivalent examination is eligible
for admission. In case of S.C./ S.T.
candidates this is relaxable up to 40%. |

Age :The
candidate should not be more than 20years of age as
on the last date for receipt of application of that
particular year. This limit is relaxable up to 22
years for S.C./ S.T. candidates.
Others :The
candidate is prohibited from prosecuting any other
course along with this course. There should be
nothing known against his/her character/ conduct of
the candidate.
APPLICATION FOR
ADMISSION :

SELECTION :

Entrance, Test. Out of total 100 points, Career
Evaluation would carry 50 points and the Entrance
Test would carry 50 points.
Career Evaluation :
For career evaluation the performance of a candidate
both in H.S.C. as well as that in the +2 or
equivalent examination would be taken into
consideration. Out of the 50 points, 20 points are
earmarked for H.S.C. Examination and 30 points for
+2 Examination.
Entrance Test
: There will be an Entrance Test for 50 points. The
duration of the test will be Two Hours. Basic
question on General knowledge and general English in
multiple choice format would be asked. Question
pattern may be changed at any time without prior
notice.
Final list for
admission will be drawn by adding up the points
secured in career evaluation and entrance Test.
Intimation for admission would be sent to candidates
as per their position in the merit list.
